Only a few blocks from upper Market St. The space Very comfortable one bedroom with private entrance in a lovely neighborhood, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. There is a well equipped KITCHENETTE with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and eating utensils, and access to a lovely private garden space. The flat is also is incredibly close to public transit to head downtown or to a number of other trendy spots in the city. Please note, I live on site in the upper floors of the house. You will have your own street entrance and private garden-level rooms. Guest access Guests will have full, unrestricted access to the one bedroom studio. Private entrance with secure access code. Other things to note STR-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) I travel for work a lot (not so much in the last year of course), and I set up these rooms the way I would like them if I was visiting an Airbnb in another city, either for work or vacation. The unit is super-clean and open. There’s a couch for lounging, a comfy chair for reading, and a super-nice Tuft and Needle mattress for sleeping. The Internet is fast and the TV has Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. There’s a microwave for reheating takeout and leftovers from the excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, and a coffee pod machine for the mornings. There are power strips in the right places for your gadgets, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board to use, and extra blankets. There’s great cross-ventilation for warm days and space heaters for cool ones. It’s also very quiet and very private, but if you want advice, the host (me) is right upstairs or reachable by text or phone.
