The water that comes out of the taps has not been purified, you must buy bottled water. This listing is for 2 bedrooms only. Do not try to open the closed one, or you will pay for the damages caused. The space It's located on the seventh floor and has no bars, so you have a more pleasant and clean view of the city! Guest access Check-in is at 3 pm, but if I don't have guests checking out that day, you can check in sooner. The common areas you have are: the pool and the tennis court. Other things to note -This apartment has 3 bedrooms, and this listing is only with TWO (2) OPEN BEDROOMS, one remains closed as you have not paid for its use. If you try to open the closed door, you will cause damage to the frame, door, and lock, and you will have to pay the cost of repairs and changes, which will never be less than US$100.00. -The condominium has cameras in the following common areas: vehicle entrance, parking, swimming pool, and in the hallway of the first level of the tower. -The water that comes out of the taps has not been purified, so it is always recommended to drink bottled water. -We have an electricity return system (inverter with batteries) to guarantee the supply of electricity during power outages from the local power company. However, the air conditioners, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, microwave, and hair dryer will not operate.
