Ocean View Penthouse Arrocito - Huatulco

Welcome to affordable Paradise! A quiet, comfortable stay away from the city noise. The best location in town. 5 min walk to Arrocito beach. Wake up to follow the Sunrise right from your bed. Recently added Starlink Internet - a highly missed feature in Huatulco. The condo has access to a pool, covered terrace and garden. This two bedroom two bathroom condo with a generous living room and a kitchen area works great for up to 4 adults. 2 more can stay (for a fee) for a max 6 guests at all times. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom; a large terrace, living and dining area, kitchen. The living room separates the two bedrooms - for more privacy. Both bedrooms and the living room have large terrace doors towards with ocean view from each corner of this property. There is no TV in this condo. The kitchen is ideally located at the far side from the terrace and the bedrooms allowing for the usual morning coffee / cooking activities while the other guests can enjoy a quiet Sunrise on the terrace. You can take a glimpse of the pool from the kitchen window in case your hubby has just dived into the refreshing water. Enjoy! Guest access Arrocito is a blessed community that has high end residential housing and hotels; Most properties have outstanding ocean views. This community has its own beach that has been assessed as one of the most beautiful beaches (in the world or in Mexico, this is still a debate but rest assured - it is beautiful). Among other residential developments, Cosmo, Punta Arrocito and recently Amanecer, provide high end solutions for sophisticated owners. Restaurants are at a 2 to 5 minutes walk for your convenience. The new Villa Coral restaurant is just 50 m away. Arrocito is just a few short minutes drive from La Crucecita, or Santa Cruz (the small community where the cruise ships anchor). In fact, a taxi ride to Crucecita, or Santa Cruz would cost below the equivalent of US$ 3-4.00 so it is very economical to use a taxi instead of renting a car. This is just a suggestion of course, there is an outside parking spot reserved for you at our facility - look in the parking lot for Villa #3 sign. Parking is readily available all over Huatulco, no concerns. There are a few flights of stairs (about 50 stairs) to access the penthouse, and there is no elevator; therefore it might be a challenge for seniors or persons with mobility challenges. Other things to note Please note that the maximum number of people at all times is 6. The property is listed for 4 guests; max two more guests may be added for a fee as presented in pricing - for a maximum of 6 at any time. There is no third party booking possible; the person who books must be present during the stay. We understand Internet access is very important these days. Huatulco Internet was for the last few years a challenge that was frustrating for most. We took the chance and have installed Starlink (April 26, 2022) for Internet availability. The performance so far is awesome and will allow for about up to 300 Mbps download and up to 50 Mbps upload. We do not guarantee any numbers though, the service is as good as provided by Starlink at any time. In our first tests we have seen as much as 314 Mbps download and 52 Mbps upload; these values we will not guarantee ourselves as it is known that they can vary greatly; however we expect high values of the system consistently. Our promise is that we will maintain the service operational and provide access to the Starlink Internet to our guests. In addition, we have another Internet network for a few months as a back-up just in case. This network is called VillaTortugasTelcel 2.4 GHz and has the same password as the main 5G network. We really hope that any Internet issues are now overcome with our new setting.
