The Ridge. Private beach, beautiful views, sauna!

Located in the gorgeous lakeside community of Timber Ridge (with access to private beach), this cabin home backs onto a high ridge that has stunning Rocky Mountain views from the rear deck, fire pit area and living room, dining room, kitchen and loft, plus a sauna. The space The cabin is 2 stories with approx. 2400 sq ft of developed living space. The main floor features open concept living and dining areas with soaring vaulted ceilings and high windows, plus a kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds. From the main floor, walk out onto the large wrap around deck with a sitting area around a propane fire table and an outdoor dining table and BBQ just off the kitchen. After dark the deck is lit with pretty string lights. On the second floor you will find a master suite with king bed and 3 piece ensuite bath, plus 2 lofts. One loft has a large, bright workspace, the other is more secluded with a TV and futon sofa that could be a sleeping space for one adult or 2 small children. The extra-bright basement is set up for fun with a foosball table, a games table with a wide variety of board games and toys, plus a TV viewing area. Also downstairs is a bunk room with 4 beds- 3 singles and one double. Additionally, the convertible sectional in the TV viewing area can sleep 2. Enjoy lounging in front of the wood burning fireplace in the living room, or around the propane fire table on the deck or toast up some marshmallows over an open fire in the outdoor fire pit while watching the setting sun light up the Rocky Mountains. Avoid crowds and enjoy picturesque walk to our private beach area. Summer or winter, “The Ridge” is a very special place to make family memories. Guest access keypad Other things to note Both TV’s have Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime set up. There is also 300mb/s WIFI available throughout the cabin. Please note that the sleeping arrangements in our house were designed with families in mind. There is room for up to 14 guests, however this would be a mix of adults and children. The king bed and two queens can comfortably sleep 6 adults. The bunk room, has one larger bunk-bed that can sleep 2 adults or children comfortably, and another smaller bunk-bed that is more suitable for 2 children. We also have a futon in the loft that can sleep one adult or 2 children, and a pull-out couch in the basement that can sleep 2 smaller adults or children. We recommend a maximum of 8-10 adults for the most enjoyable stay. Well behaved pets are considered. $150 pet fee would be added through Airbnb after booking.
