Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. Great room with 52" 4K HD TV and access to your streaming accounts , FAST WIFI, gorgeous cozy wood stove for chilly nights. Nice bathroom & full size washer & Dryer The space The cabin sits on 2 acres of wooded, private beauty. You do have neighbors but none you can see too easily so you can relax and truly escape the rate race but still only be 15 minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and beauty spots for sightseeing opportunities. The cabin is located only an hour north of Anchorage so you can be here only 1 1/4 hours after landing at the airport. There are two very nice golf courses just 15 minutes away, a musk ox farm, skiing in winter and hiking in summer at gorgeous Hatcher Pass Mine and an hour up the road to Matanuska Glacier. In Palmer (which is only 15 minutes away) you will find world class food choices and grocery stores with sushi and olive and wing bars and everything you could possibly want. Guest access Guests have access to everything but owners do retain a locked closet in utility room. Other things to note Please folks we absolutely require all principal guests be at least 25 years of age in order to book instantly. We do allow pets upon approval. Please always CONTACT US FIRST with pet description. We do not allow pets to be left alone in the cabin. We sometimes receive last-minute cancelation requests which fall outside the refund timeline and it’s important for guests to consider taking travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
