The space HOUSE RULES •Check-in time will be between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM and check-out at 1:00 PM with some flexibility when there are no other guests in turn. •18 people max. If there are more than 18 people, you will need to bring air mattresses and there is an additional $250 fee per person per night. •Groups of children/young people alone are not allowed. •Pets (dogs) are allowed. The guest is fully responsible for any damage their pet may cause. •Pets may NOT climb on furniture and beds. When pets are left alone in the facilities they should stay in the garden and NOT inside the house. • Events/parties are strictly forbidden. Family celebrations can be held with the 18 guests. • After 11 pm, music should be at a moderate and reasonable volume. There could be a penalty if there is a complaint from the neighbors. •Smoking is prohibited inside the house. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms •Diving in the pool is prohibited. •WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE FACILITIES. •By making a reservation, the guest ACCEPTS the host's and Airbnb Platform's policies, terms, and conditions. Additional services available to our guests at an additional cost to the stay: • Pool heating by gas boiler ($1,500 the first day, $750 each subsequent day). • Service/cleaning staff ($600 for 8 hours of service). • Food preparation/cook ($600 for 8 hours of service). . You can bring your own service staff because, in addition to the 5 bedrooms, the house has a service room with a full bathroom and a double bed. Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves, with the exception of the storage and maintenance areas. Other things to note •The house is located towards the north of Cuernavaca, where the weather is comfortable (not so hot). •We are very close to the event gardens of La Cañadita (3 min), Arecas (10 min), La Estancia (10 min), Quinta Santa María (10 min), Ayurveda Palace (10 min), Anticavilla (10 min), Quinta Real (10 min), Rancho Cuernavaca (10 min). •We are very close (3 min) to a supermarket (Walmart Express) and banks (BBVA Bancomer, HSBC). •We're very close to a restaurant, taquerias, and pizzerias. You can bring your own service staff as the house has a service room with a full bathroom and a double bed.
