You've found "The One!" Welcome to your vacation home, close to Restaurants, grocery stores and fabulous views and a short 15 min ride to downtown, El Malecon and the airport . You’ll love the beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean and mountains (we are located on the 10th floor of the Sunscape Resort, Condomar Tower) . Hang out on the balcony at night and enjoy the fireworks across the bay! This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space Please note there is no access to the pool, parking or gym at this time. The moment you arrive you are welcomed by a breathtaking view of the ocean. It still takes my breath away! The condo has 2 queen beds and a futon. The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics and the condo is located in a Resort next to "La Isla" Shopping Center". (No access to any of the resort amenities) Guest access There is no access to parking gym nor pool. Beach access is walking around the mall next door. We have been parking at the mall next door for 6 pesos an hour. Access to the beach is exiting the property and walking 12 minutes around the mall to the public beach access. We have an umbrella, 2 chairs and beach towels for your use. Upon arrival please go to reception to check in and receive your bracelet to access the condo. All-inclusive day pass available for purchase at reception for access to hotel amenities. Other things to note Cleaning is included once a week (7 nights). If you would like additional cleaning this can be arranged for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
