A little House History: Hezikiah House – Constructed 1874 This House was built by Solomon Wilton who was the second settler to Woody Point in 1858. He was active in building the community and was involved in the construction of its first church. This house is a standard “founding” house of the 18th century British tradition. Hezikiah Wilton, after whom the house is named, was Solomon’s youngest son. The house was purchased by our family in 1969 and designated a Heritage Structure in 1997. This home has been set up as our part time summer residence for many years. It is filled with family heirlooms, history and many happy memories. Please forgive it’s many quirks as it is an old house. You will find some of our personal items about the house, please feel free to move them if they are in your way or of interest, but please put them back where you find them. Please review the House rules and Manuel. For more information please leave me a message and I'll get right back to you. Guest access Entire house and backyard. Registration number 6336
