The space The house is a spacious 3,300 sqft two story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home, located in Piedmont Pines, a nature-filled quiet neighborhood in the Oakland Hills. On the first (entry level floor) there is a large full-sized kitchen, living & dining room, and large washer & dryer. The best feature of the house is the large wrap around deck with sweeping views of the Bay & Oakland. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room & dining room, providing lots of sunlight and a unique “treehouse-like” experience. The views are amazing of the surrounding trees, Oakland, and SF Bay bridge. The first floor has the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. The downstairs has another bedroom with attached bonus room / office, with a desk and Day (twin size bed). Downstairs is an additional living room, kitchenette, and CA king bed. There is also another desk / working station, and another full bathroom. The house has a lot of natural light and beautiful views. Please note: the house is perched on the side of a hill so has about 20 stairs to the entrance. Because of the steep location it is also not well-suited for young children. Also please note: there are two separate units on this property. This is the main house, and directly below the living room is the in-law unit. We ask guests to minimize noise between 11pm-8am out of respect for the guests below in the in-law unit. Other things to note Notes: There is an outdoor staircase leading from the driveway to the front door. Once inside the house there is another staircase leading to the lower level.
