Modern family friendly 2br bsmt suite

Welcome to our family friendly renovated 2 bedroom basement suite with a shared entrance. We are located in the west end, 5 min drive away from WEM and 15 mins away from downtown Edmonton and the University of Alberta. My family and I live upstairs so we’re available to give you suggestions on things to see, do and to where to dine while you are here. Please note: We do not allow any smoking, cannabis, drugs or partying in the suite. The space This comfortable family friendly renovated legal basement suite has what you need for a relaxing rest during your stay. Enjoy the premium queen sized bed and new memory foam full sized bed. Both mattresses are medium firmness, and are supportive. The suite well equipped including high speed wireless internet, a 50”T.V. which is equipped with a Chromecast. Please note we do not have cable set up with the TV, so we highly recommend you bring a laptop, tablet or a phone that has Netflix or free range tv app. We stock shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels, etc. The kitchen has a stove, cookware, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, utensils, knives, cutting board, strainer, and blender We do not allow any smoking, drugs or partying on the property, as we live upstairs. We do not smoke or have any pets. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a spacious closet, the second bedroom has a full sized bed with a new memory foam mattress. Guest access Our guests will have private access to the suite. There is a shared rear entrance, but your space is completely separate with its own door on the inside which is lockable. Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack by the backdoor. No shoes are allowed in the suite. Thanks! There is ample street parking in front of the house.
