The cabins are spaced out for privacy—some 50–100 meters apart, others up to 400 meters—connected by winding trails through the forest. Other things to note You’ll be immersed in the Calakmul jungle, surrounded by nature, unique sounds, and an authentic atmosphere. While we take great care with cleaning and regular fumigation, occasional insect encounters are possible. Hot water is provided by solar heaters, so on rare stretches of cloudy days, temperature may vary.
