Charming Queen Anne (West Room)
Description
This beautiful Victorian home located in the Maple Avenue Historic District, was designed by architect J.O. Hogg near the end of the 19th century. It is within walking distance to downtown Hannibal attractions, including Rockcliffe Mansion, Central Park, Main Street shops, art galleries, museums, restaurants, bars, and the Mississippi riverfront. The space I have two guest bedrooms (listed and booked separately) and they are both on the second floor, along with the full bath. The half bath is on the main level. I offer guests a bar of Sweet Spirits Farm goat milk soap, handmade locally by my very own mom. Guests may enjoy the outdoor patio and other shared spaces throughout the house. You are welcome to brew coffee or tea, and I can share refrigerator space if you need it. Other things to note My friendly cat, Sami, lives here too. The street is level, and there is ample street parking in front of the house. There are several steps in the front and inside the house. Check-in times are more flexible on the weekends. Please message me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to welcoming you to my home!
