Spectacular Views in Condado

The apartment is located in Condado one of the hottest touristic area of Puerto Rico. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You can see and hear the waves breaking in the sand. In the lagoon you can paddle board, swim or kayak. You can walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. The apartment is only 6 miles (about 10 min ride) from the airport and about 1 mile from Old San Juan. The perfect location for your vacation! The space The unit comply with all the permits by the State and the City of San Juan: 1. City of San Juan Office of Permits: License for Short Term Rentals 2. Patent 3. Certificate of Registry of Commerce 4. Unique Permit These documents are displayed by the entrance of the apartment. Our guest’s health and safety are our priority, with that in mind, we have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The unit was cleaned and disinfected following the recommended guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and using Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved products to be effective huy against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. We have hand sanitizers and provide anti-bacterial soap near every sink with running water in the condo. In return, we ask our guests to wash their hands regularly, wear a mask and keep a safe distance while in public. The accommodation has a spacious one bedroom with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. In the bedroom there is a wall to wall mirror closet. Inside the closet you will find extra clean towels and linens. There is a flat screen Smart TV with HD basic cable TV. In addition to this valuable entertainment you will have access to high speed WiFi throughout the whole apartment with no additional cost to you. The bedroom has a split unit air conditioner and a ceiling fan. The bedroom window faces the beautiful Condado Lagoon and Old San Juan Bay. The apartment has a living room with a genuine Italian leather sofa bed. The sofa bed is a full size bed. There’s a 55” Smart FireTV with multiple applications. The living room window faces the spectacular Condado Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean. The living room is adjacent to the open space kitchen, equipped with a four burner electric stove, oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Cuisinart pots and pans. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a four serving china set, water glasses, wine and champagne glasses in the kitchen cabinets. Across from the living room there is a four seating dining table and credenza. The living room, kitchen and dining room area has a split unit air conditioner and the living room has a ceiling fan. The condo has one bathroom with a shower. There is a dispenser with shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash. Clean towels are provided. Next to the bathroom is the laundry closet with a washer and dryer. In addition to all of these comforts you will find in the hallway closet: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach bags and coolers. The beach towels are in the bedroom closet. All windows and sliding door are hurricane grade. In conclusion, you dispose of all modern comforts. The apartment doesn't come with parking but there is parking in the basement of the building for hourly or daily rate. The daily rate is $20. You will in and out privileges. Guest access The condo is just 10 minutes' drive from the airport and only 5 minutes from Old San Juan. The guest will receive an email or text message from me with a PIN code which is a six-digit number and QR code. Once you gain access into the building go to the 12th floor. Look to your left to find apartments 12C. You will find a lock box hanging from the gate. The code for the lock box will be provided before the time for check in. Inside the lock box you will find the keys for the gate and the door. Parking is available in the basement or on the west side of the building for an hourly rate. The parking in the building is privately owned. As such, there is a small daily fee of $20. Please be aware that the parking lot west of the building is extremely expensive, therefore, I recommend using the parking in the basement of the building. The parking west of the building is extremely expensive. You don't need a car in this area; everything you may need is within walking distance. I'll provide a list of convenience stores and services with addresses in the area, so you don't waste time looking for what you need. If you need to rent a car there are car rental agencies (Avis, Budget, Charlies & Enterprise) within one block of the condo. Other things to note The condo is not a suitable for infants under 2. This property isn’t set up for babies or toddlers this age, therefore reservations will be declined. -Be careful when using the toilet. Please do not deposit excessive amounts of toilet paper, feminine towels, baby diapers or any item that could clog the pipes. If it is necessary to call a plumber, you will bear the costs. -Parking is available in the building, however the lot is privately owned. As such, the daily rate is $20. -The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and basic cable TV in the bedroom and living room. Also, the living room has a Smart Blue Ray DVD player. I am not responsible for cable or internet outages. -The condo is for two people, but can accommodate two more at $25 per person per night for the extra 2 persons. Maximum 4 paying people allowed to stay. - Bedroom bed is a queen size bed with very comfortable memory foam mattress. - The Living room has a comfortable sofa bed with full size mattress. -The kitchen is equipped with a four burner electric stove, oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and the refrigerator has ice maker. -The bathroom is supplied with towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. -Toilet, try not to use excessive amounts of toilet paper that could clog the pipes and do not throw in the toilet feminine hygiene products or any object that could clog the toilet. -Also, a roll of paper towels, paper napkins and four rolls of toilet paper are supplied. -Washer and dryer. Washer detergent is not supplied. We ask not to wash the linen or towels unless you are staying for a period longer than a week. We will take care of the laundry after your departure. If you need to wash your personal clothes we ask to use liquid soap and make sure you take out all the coins, sand or any object that could damage the washer or dryer.
