Privately located above a detached garage and with direct beach access, this cool clean urban chic loft has a million dollar view of Miramichi Bay. Bring your swim suit, a good book, favorite wine and enjoy! An outside "she-shed" provides a sanctuary to watch the sunrise, read or just to sit ground level with nature. The space The space is custom designed with every detail in mind. Twelve foot ceilings and exposed beams elevate this loft’s open-concept. Inspired by Johanna Gaines, the loft is decorated with lots of custom features. The Kitchenette comes complete with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, dishes and cookware, as well as an outdoor barbecue. Premium bed and bedding will spoil you into a restful sleep. The loft also offers a queen-sized sofa bed, which could accommodate two additional guests. Lastly, the air conditioning unit keeps the space very comfortable all year round. Guest access Guests have the entire loft to themselves with a private entrance and parking. Free Wifi and Netflix are also included. Private backyard has a pergola with lots of seating and an outdoor firepit. Full access to the beachfront where you can enjoy a sunrise stroll, beach combing for treasures, or a sunset meditation. Beach is accessible from the staircase directly in front of loft. Enjoy! Other things to note We are excited to announce we have extended our loft space to include this lovely shed. A place of tranquility to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a sip of wine. Where doing absolutely nothing, is doing something.
