This is a 120 sqft room in a 1690 sqft apartment. Room is intended for only one guest. It is equipped with a full bed, clean sheets and towels, armoire, ceiling fan, A/C, internet. You'll be in a quiet and familiar environment in the Miramar neighborhood, near beaches, restaurants and tourist areas. The space About the building: This is a beautiful 1927 reinforced concrete Art-Deco building. The apartment is at the first floor, with a five-step stair to access the small lobby, then immediately to your left you'll see the entrance to the apartment. About the bedroom: The 120 sqft bedroom is unique. It has high ceilings and a convex wall, and it is equipped with a full-size bed, an armoire, a love-seat, ceiling fan and a/c. Because it is an inner room (it has no contact to exteriors), a window was renewed into a French door to let more natural light in. One of the room’s wall and locked door contacts with another room, for which it is important to maintain a quiet environment. Guest in this room will share the apartment’s bathroom, which you can see in the photos. During your stay We will provide with any information about Puerto Rico that is within our knowledge. Other things to note Host is a grandma, so you may see children in the house once in a while. Puerto Rico is known for an autochthonous very small frog we call coqui. It sings during the night. Sometimes we have coquis in the inner patio singing all night long.
