This spacious and well-maintained duplex has 2 units of 2 beds/1bath. It is located in a quiet, established neighborhood just 3 minutes from LRAFB main gate, and less than a mile to interstates and downtown Little Rock Hospitals. Also close by are churches, Walmart, grocery stores, chain restaurants and other shopping. This neighborhood is friendly and walkable, offering a nice break from the faster pace of the greater Little Rock area. We offer discounts for military and traveling nurses!! Rent both units, or just one. Each is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, with a king sized and a queen sized bed. They each contain a full kitchen with the necessary kitchenware to cook your own meals, including olive oil and spices, pasta, as well as silverware, dishware and glasses. Please use whatever you need. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closets, as well as ample towels in the bathrooms. There is covered parking and a shared laundry room. Please make sure to let us know if you will need both units. We also have a second location (2bd/1ba) only a couple of streets over. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower, a full kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, and dish towels. Each unit has a private porch or outside space, as well as a shared front porch. The long driveway, covered parking and laundry room are shared. We are always available to answer any questions you may have, or to solve any issues. We will respond as quickly as possible to your needs. Our goals is to ensure you enjoy your stay, with as little interference from us as possible! Our units are located in a neighborhood convenient to LRAFB (only 3 minutes from the front gates!!), as well as to the interstate for travel to the hospitals in the greater LR area(less than 1 mile to interstate). Popular restaurants and a Walmart are very close, as well as grocery stores and other retail stores. The greater Little Rock Area is connected by a number of spacious interstates and local roads. It is easily navigated, and this unit is located very close to stores for your necessities - grocery stores, Walmart, drug stores and other retail stores are close by. Restaurants also abound. There are also a number of churches close to or in the neighborhood. We welcome extended stays and offer reduced billing for weekly and monthly guests, as well as military billing! Traveling nurses are also welcome! Please let us know in advance if you’d like to book both units, need military billing, or additional spaces as we have another property in this neighborhood as well. We also welcome pets on a case by case basis, excluding restricted dog breeds (i.e., Doberman). There is a $35 additional cleaning fee required and a $250 refundable pet deposit. Please notify us when submitting your reservations. We do not allow parties of any kind without advance notice and approval. We reserve the right to refuse any party on the premises as this property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
