Private room with private bath in luxury building

You will have your own room and bathroom in this luxury building that's only a couple of years old. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer in the unit. There is a tv with apple tv and Netflix in your room and free wi-fi. I have a beautiful balcony with the sun almost all day long. The apartment has a convenient 12min walk to the west side 2,3 train and the east 4,5,6 train. These trains will take you to almost everywhere in Manhattan. The space I moved here a little over 4 years ago being the first one to live in the apartment. I have spent that time making it into my own little oasis, a place where I can feel at peace after a long stressful day at work. I have new utilities, a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher, all of which you are free to use. The balcony is my happy place with the sun almost from morning to night during the summer. The evenings during spring are magical. Your room has a TV with Netflix and chromecast included. Free WiFi to use as well of course. The bathroom is large and bright and will be used by you only since i have my own. There is also heating and air conditioning in the room. You will have a large dresser for your clothes and half a closet to use for the hanging items and to store your suitcase away. The room is spacious with a queen bed with a duvet and lots of pillows. You are of course free to use the kitchen to make some food or just to brew some coffee for the morning. Guest access You are free to use the kitchen as you like, I am a chef so it's fully stocked with anything you might need. My living room is my private oasis when I am home (not very often, mostly nights and Sundays) feel free to use the area whenever i am not. The balcony is a great way to soak up some sun. And there is a spacious courtyard that's great for relaxing. You will have your own bathroom with a bathroom (not connected). The washer and dryer are at your disposal to use, I know during my own trips I always miss that. During your stay Right now i am only working 3 days a week so i am here to help with anything that you might need. Other things to note There is no smoking in the apartment and no pets are allowed.
