Each one has it's own bathroom and lots of drawer space. Upstairs bedroom has desk space and also dryer and washer are on 2nd floor. We have two floor beds that fold that could be used by adults or kids. You can move them anywhere in the house. Living area has comfy couch which can also be used to sleep in. Watching TV is very enjoyable. Very nice view to the Parroquia. Getting upstairs is very easy as stairs are easy to climb. The house does not have a private garage parking but there is almost always street parking available. The courtyard area has a sunroof that can open or close so you can enjoy the beautiful San Miguel weather. This house is a mini hacienda style home. The kitchen table has 4 chairs plus 2 bar chair available. House keeper will come and clean and is included in pricing if you are staying for more than 1 week. For an extra tip fee, she is also available to wash your clothes, cook or grocery shop for you. TV in living room has netflix and other apps. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, water, and Kleenex are available at the house for your arrival for your convenience but for longer stays we ask that you replace and leave stocked for future guests use as well. Upstairs in the terrace area, there is a bbq area so you can have an outdoor barbecue. You can also buy groceries and put them in the fridge as the kitchen is equipped for you to cook if you want to. The house comes with a washer and dryer so that you can also wash your clothes or the maid can do it for you for a tip. You can also call a taxi or uber or just walk down on a nice flat walk to Centro or Parque Juarez. The walk to Centro is flat and down hill so it is a nice walk. The neighborhood is full of nice streets and flowers. The Rosewood Hotel is just a short flat walk and you can buy a daily pass to use their pool, tennis court and excercise equipment. Upstairs, there are fruit trees that have lemons or tangerines. Netflix streaming is available in main living room area. Baby play pin is also available. Also have 2 extra camping foldable beds. Guest access Calm neighborhood. Close by grocery stores. House in a not crowded neighborhood. Street parking is usually always available.
