Yurt in the Woods, Glamping in Gustavus, AK

This 16ft yurt is great glamping (glamorous camping). Glacier Bay National Park is ten miles away. It has one full bed and one single bed, electricity, heat, a simple kitchen (camp stove and small refrigerator.) Short walk to the outhouse. Very limited cell service and no wifi. Wilderness walk in on a primitive boardwalk trail. Awesome for rugged travelers with rain gear and waterproof hiking boots. The space This yurt has one full bed and one single bed that are both very comfortable. It has a space heater, a camp stove, a small refrigerator and primitive water system (from water container, drains through sink to bucket) for drinking water and washing dishes. It is a short walk to the outhouse. It would not be unusual to see moose nearby, maybe black bears, maybe barred owls hooting in the night. Guest access The yurt and attached deck is all yours. You can come and go via your own primitive trail. There is a parking space if you happen to have a vehicle. Other things to note There is limited cell service at the yurt. But some service available a short walk away or WIFI in town. The yurt does not usually come up on GPS so I will give you directions when you arrive. Also local taxi services are available for transport. No Uber or Lyft here!
