Yes smoking is allowed ! 1BR in my home available . Has queen sz bed and dresser, AC, fireplace & a chair plus Wifi available , TV w/Cable. House has two bathrooms you will have one for yourself during your stay no sharing! Ask about drop off to airport. Close to Supermarket 1block, dominoes,papa johns, Juicy Crab, casino 20mins, JFK airport 15 mins, LGA airport 23 mins, shopping mall Green Acres 20mins, Long Island railroad 5min UBS Arena 12 mins, bus is on corner to trains going to Manhattan The space I am home sharing! This is my spare space. Has comfortable Queen bed in a large bedroom where you can use a folding tray to sit in the chair and eat comfortably. Only suitable for two guests. Smart tv and cable provided. WiFi for whole house. Hangers are on a door hook for clothes or coats. Dresser for clothes too. The fireplace in the bedroom is only for show not for heat. A heater is separate for use in winter months if needed, Please note, smoking is allowed in space w/ashtray use. Or you can go in backyard sit and smoke, eat, sit etc. My home Has a pac-man on free play downstairs just ask and I will let you use for leisure time and fun. Main rule: no visitors for anything! Max 2 people. Guest access Use of Back Yard to smoke or get air. You will use one of the two bathrooms designated just for you and family will use the other during your stay.
