Lakehouse105 - Kozy Kabin

If you are looking for a great fishing experience, nestled within the Canadian shield and a unique, quiet space, look no further. The Kozy Kabin is all about coziness with all the necessary amenities bundled up in one sweet package. Max occupancy 4 Primary bedroom can accommodate either two twin beds OR one king size bed. Boat rental available – additional cost. Please make arrangements with host. The space The Kozy Kabin has a Great Lake view. The lake is approximately 200 yards from the deck. There is one other rental on the property (Bear Den) and a fifth wheel camper in which my parents live in. The fifth wheel camper is situated behind the Kozy Kabin. There is also the main lakehouse in which I live in. There is a large dock on site, a boat launch and a fish filleting shack. Guest access Guests have access to the Kozy Kabin and deck, the dock, boat launch and fish filleting shack. Other things to note We do not recommend diving off the dock as there are rocks and guests could hurt themselves. Spring 2024 due to high water levels, the dock has suffered some damage. Guests are asked to use caution. Guests are still able to enjoy the use of it. There is one bee hive in a private corner of the property. If guests are interested in seeing the hive, they can make arrangements with the host. We ask that guests refrain from approaching the hive by themselves. There are two friendly dogs that frequent the property. Coal is a black lab, Hazel is a german shepherd/lab mix.
