The space Living and entertainment areas: 1.50-meter-deep pool, great for cooling off (supervision of children is recommended). • Terrace with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. • Roofed outdoor dining area, ideal for gatherings and socializing. • Additional table on the terrace for added convenience. • Portable grill available for guests' use. 🛏️ Room arrangements: The house has four bedrooms: • Master bedroom: king size bed, desk for working with chair, blackout and translucent blinds, two nightstands with lamps, and air conditioning. Shares the air-conditioning system with an additional room with a queen-size bed (connected space; an additional fan is provided). • Second bedroom: Two single beds and a shared bathroom. (It has independent air conditioning, a desk, a nightstand with a lamp and blackout blinds (they almost completely block out the light) and translucent blinds (they let in natural light gently but maintain privacy). • Third bedroom: double bed (connected to the master bedroom and shares the air conditioning; an additional fan is provided) • Fourth bedroom (upper floor): king-size bed, private bathroom (cabinet to store your belongings, towels, wall mirror, hand soap) and desk, two bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning ✨ Important Extras: • Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. • Pets welcome under the responsibility of their owners. Guest access During their stay, guests will have full and exclusive access to the villa, as well as to the pool, gardens, and outdoor areas. The property is located within a private plot with other residences; however, Villa Valentina has fully independent spaces intended solely for guests. Entry is through a main automatic gate. Upon arrival, guests will have convenient access to the property and covered parking for two vehicles. Before your arrival, the smart door access code will be provided, as well as the main gate control, to allow you to enter and exit with complete convenience and privacy during your stay. If you need to check out before the usual time or during the early morning hours, please let us know the approximate time in advance so that we can provide automatic opening of the main entrance. Other things to note Parking includes 2 covered spaces. If you need more, please let us know in advance. ⚠️ Safety notices: The pool is outdoors and does not have a railing. The upper floor has open areas, so constant supervision is recommended, especially with children. As this is a rural property, insects may be present in the hot season. We recommend bringing insect repellent. For long-term stays, pool maintenance can be arranged in advance with the guests. The house is exclusively for the guests registered in the booking. If you plan to have outside visitors, you must notify the host in advance, as this may incur an additional cost. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is also the option to add up to two additional guests, at an extra cost, including a sofa bed and a single mattress for added comfort. 🚫 Large events with people not included in the reservation are not allowed. In the case of a meeting of up to 20 people, it will be necessary to consult with the host in advance. This has an extra cost, including outside visitors. The use of music and speakers is allowed inside the property, with moderate volume after 11:00 PM. Please use the facilities and outdoor areas responsibly during your stay. ❄️ Please turn off the air conditioners when leaving the property or when not in use. 🧺 The available washing machine has a reduced capacity, so it is recommended to use small loads and a moderate amount of detergent. The outlet is 220, so it is prohibited to plug in any electronic device. 🏊‍♀️ The pool does not have restricted hours, so it can be used at any time during your stay. ℹ️ Access (entrance) to the property is shared with other homes; however, the villa areas are completely private for guests.
