Located approximately 35 minutes from the Santa Ana beaches of Boca del Río and the El Dorado shopping center, on the Playa de Vacas highway, a convenient route for getting around. Villa Valentina is located within a large property where there are three separate buildings: Villa Valentina, Villa Pablo and Casa Chokum The reserved villa, its pool, terrace and advertised areas are exclusively for Villa Valentina guests. None of the other buildings share these areas. The only shared space is the main entrance to the property, so occasionally you may see vehicles entering or leaving the property. It is not waterproof, so it is recommended to take precautions during the rainy season. For safety reasons, minors must remain under adult supervision at all times, especially in the pool area. Pets are welcome; however, they must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their owners at all times. Due to the size of the green areas and the fact that the perimeter is mainly bordered by natural boundaries, we recommend not leaving them unattended. Each space has been designed so that guests can enjoy both moments of togetherness and rest in a comfortable, private environment surrounded by nature. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to Villa Valentina, including the pool, gardens, terraces and common areas shown in the listing. For greater convenience and privacy, you can check in on your own. Before arrival, you will receive the necessary instructions to access the property, enter the villa, and use the gate control during your stay. The villa is part of a large family property where there are other inhabited buildings. However, the recreational areas and spaces intended for guests are for exclusive use throughout the stay and are not shared with others. The main vehicle access is shared only for the entry and exit of the property's residents, so you may occasionally see vehicles moving without this affecting your privacy or enjoyment of the facilities. Other things to note Villa Valentina is the ideal place to rest, connect with nature and enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its quiet and private setting was designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The reservation price includes up to 8 guests. If you wish to add additional guests to sleep over, we can gladly accommodate up to 4 more guests, for a maximum capacity of 12 people. FROM GUEST NUMBER 9, an additional charge per person per night applies. For additional guests, we prepare a single mattress, a double mattress and the sofa bed, in addition to providing sheets, pillows, duvets and towels for everyone. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready before your arrival. Direct contact with the host. The stay is mainly designed for rest and family time. Celebrations and gatherings are welcome. If you wish to invite family or friends who are not part of the reservation and who will not stay overnight in the villa, but will only attend the event, please let us know in advance so we can advise you on the available capacity, the cost per guest, and the permitted hours. There are 2 covered parking spaces exclusively for the villa, in addition to additional outdoor spaces for more vehicles. We appreciate you using only the designated parking areas to preserve our gardens. As it is a country villa surrounded by nature, especially during the hot season, it is possible to occasionally find insects, amphibians and local fauna. As part of our commitment to our guests' comfort, we perform periodic fumigations and have repellent available. Even so, we recommend bringing extra for added convenience. To keep the pool in optimal condition during extended stays, brief maintenance may occasionally be performed, always coordinating the schedule with the guests in advance. The person making the booking must be part of the group that will stay at the villa. If the reservation is made for third parties, please let us know in advance so that we can properly coordinate the arrival and provide better service during the stay. The pool is exclusively for the guests of Villa Valentina and can be enjoyed throughout the stay. There are no restricted hours. The villa has a Smart TV with free ViX access, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and spaces designed for enjoying comfortably with family or friends. Access to the property is through an electric gate shared with other villas. Once inside, Villa Valentina offers total privacy, with a swimming pool, gardens, terrace and parking exclusively for its guests. The available washing machine has a reduced capacity, so we recommend using small loads and a moderate amount of detergent. The 220V electrical outlet is intended solely for the washing machine; for safety reasons, we ask that you not connect other electrical appliances. The terrace has a translucent tarp that provides pleasant shade to enjoy the outdoor space. It is designed primarily to protect from the sun; during rain or strong winds, since it is not waterproof, water may enter in some areas. If you wish to enhance the atmosphere of your event, we allow the use of additional furniture and decorations, provided that they are set up and removed with due care, avoiding damage to the paint, walls, gardens or any other element of the property. The tub in the master bathroom is decorative and is not currently in operation. The bathroom has a fully functional shower with hot water. For everyone's peace of mind and safety, we recommend supervising minors at all times in the pool areas and on the second floor, as it is part of an open architectural design.
