Ideal for a mature quiet couple or similar who are into skiing / enjoying the Bethel area and respectful of the property and neighbors. small dog ok, no cats. The space All new furniture and super comfy beds, nicely decorated. Super Cozy. A new very small apartment style washer/dryer just installed for guest use (small loads only). House it attached to my Barn with all my belongings and tools, Barn is not for guest use, only for trash containers. Large front porch. Guest access You have access to the complete bottom floor/home, the enormous front porch, and the rear porch. No access to barn other than for trash bins. And no access to upstairs unit which undergoing renovation and vacant. There will NOT be any construction upstairs during a renters stay. Other things to note Newly installed Wi-Fi is great, small TV, with dvd's and dvd player and basic DISH service. Bose radio. All new furniture, beds, super comfy mattresses, carpets, kitchen flooring. Not ideal for very small kids. 3 Guests MAXIMUM preferred. Bathroom has stand up shower, no tub.
