Description

The Tree House Suite Peachland Eagles Nest B&B, a place to fall in love, relax, think and plan. The Tree House suite is 440 sq. ft. and will accommodate 1 to 4 guests. The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry. You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan. The space The Bald Eagle nests high above the surrounding country in tall trees, close to the water and where they will have a spectacular view. This is some of what we offer you at Peachland Eagles Nest B&B®. Enjoy your private covered deck high amongst the Ponderosa Pines and breathe in the fresh lake air. The immense lake view will captivate you and the moonlight skimming the water at night is magical. Come and enjoy the beauty and bounty of the Central Okanagan. The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry (we do not accept children under 12 years). You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan. The deck is fitted in amongst the Ponderosa pines and you will have many feathered visitors. The deck roof is supported by heavy fir beams with eagles carved into them. The deck roof has a fan to keep you cool on warm summer days and a heater to warm the deck during the cooler days of September and October when you are enjoying the many wine festival events. We provide 10 lbs. of propane for the fire table. If the guests want additional propane we charge a $1 per lb. which is what we pay for it. Deck has a BBQ and a wicker lounge set Remember to watch for the local herd of Black Tail Deer and black bears moving up through our property from the lake to the park on the ridge above When you step through your private French doors you will be greeted by a high ceilings and a cozy cottage atmosphere. Stone fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, couch and easy chairs invite you to gather and share stories and discuss tomorrow’s planed events. Floors are hardwood, the dining table seats 4 Air conditioning for those hot Okanagan days. Full kitchen has a range, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, Kitchen is fully equipped to make a small meal or a feast. There is also an in-suite clothes washer and dryer. The bathroom has heated stone floors, ample towel racks, a 4-foot glass shower and a vanity that enables you can spread out all your necessities. There is plenty of storage as well. All highlighted by the skylight. The single bedroom has a queen bed and is quite roomy. There is a closet and additional storage. Bedroom window looks across the lake and the moon wash will be visible at night There is a sofa-bed in the living room that provides comfortable seating as well as a queen size bed THE NIGHTLY RENTAL FEE IS BASED ON 2 PEOPLE. THE TREEHOUSE SUITE WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO 4 PEOPLE AND THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR PERSONS 3 TO 4. On the Premises and Meals: Your meals will be self-catered. We supply a few breakfast items to start your stay: coffee pods, tea, milk, O.J., eggs, bread, and yogurt and portions of peanut butter, and jam. Once they are gone then you would buy what you want. We keep you stocked in condiments including ketchup, mustard, mayo, butter. We also provide cooking oil and spices. We supply towels, beach towels, bedlinen, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There's a hair dryer that you can use as well as an iron and ironing board. There are beach chairs and backpacks available so you can enjoy the great beaches in Peachland and Summerland.
