Easy walk to Saratoga Hospital .7, 1.6 to the Track or take the Shuttle No Saturday move out during summer months, or just ask about longer rentals for the Track. The space Apartment of a Victorian home, with access to the garden, the grill, your own deck, outside table. Parking is adjacent to the back stair (4 steps) and the bedroom is upstairs. Racino is 2.2 miles, Polo is 1.3 miles, Adelphi Hotel is .5 and SPAC is 1.8 miles. City Center is 2 blocks. Everything is easily accessible and the Albany Airport is 30 minutes away. Amtrak also services Saratoga Springs and is a short ride to our house. Seasons offer lots to do, golf, ski, boat, horse racing, skate, gamble and more. Perfect location for events at Skidmore or the Saratoga City Center (4 blocks) as well as any other location in town. Saratoga Springs is rich in history with an array of classic architecture, beautiful parks, natural springs, boutique shopping, dance and horse racing. Also, there is a robust nightlife with over 95 restaurants , bars, music venues, galleries, museums and spas. Ask about shorter or longer stays via messages, as we are doing some updating but may be able to accommodate with notice. We have not opened the entire calendar so just ask. We do require a 3 night minimum on long holiday weekends. Guest access Guests can access the garden and the grill/deck for their use. Entrance is exclusive to the Tenant with use of the full apartment and parking. This is a great town to stroll about and visit Congress Park or the Adelphi Hotel, a recently restored Grand Hotel. Other things to note During the summer months, May- September we cannot split weekend days for a two night stay, therefore we prefer not to do reservations that end on a Saturday move out. You are welcome to make an offer, or if the reservation is 5 days or longer. Holidays like Memorial, July 4th & Labor Day weekend require 3 day reservations. If there is a single night need, ask and we may be able to accommodate you. Belmont and Dave Matthews weekends will require a 3 night stay minimum.
