We offer a fully furnished private apartment with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size bed in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. We also have a full size air mattress that's available. It has a small kitchen sink with a mini fridge and microwave. It also has Wi‐Fi/Cable with a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac with some ocean views with a big deck and a dedicated parking spot. Close to downtown and a great place to serve as a home base for your Kodiak adventure. I live close by and I'm available for questions or concerns. This is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. This is about a five minute drive from downtown and within a short walk of downtown shops and restaurants. We require Airbnb reservations booked for personal travel to be booked by the person who's going to stay at the property. Airbnb rules do not allow us to accept guests who arrive without the person who booked the reservation unless they are a designated booker enrolled through Airbnb.
