The apartment have 3 bedrooms one with a private bathroom with a queen bed. Two additionals rooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Rooftop to enjoy at the end of the day o take a coffee in the mornings. AQUATIKA is just a few minutes away by car from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlets malls and fast-food joints are 5-15 minutes drive from the complex. Guest access Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools, water slides, 'river pool', basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. The condo complex requires wristbands to be worn when using the resort facilities. All guests must have a bracelet issued by the condo to use the facilities. Please provide the names of everyone in your group in advance so we can have the bracelets ready for you when you are in the security gate . Other things to note Upon confirmation of the reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will be occupying the villa. Failure to do so, may result in delays at check in time or security can deny your entrance. The maximum capacity for this apartment is 8 quests. Only registered guests may access the complex. NO VISITORS are allowed. The Aquatika complex requires that all guests wear a resort style wristband during their stay. The wristbands will be provided to guests upon checking in with security guards. These wristbands must be always worn, this way the Complex Security can identify authorized Guests. Don’t worry, we cover the administrative fee for the wristbands!! We provide 1 bath towel per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest (no washclothes). Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Complex Amenities Hours: The hours of the pools are from 9:00am to 1:00am. The beach gate will be open from 5:00am to 7:00pm **NOTE: The pool water slide operates only Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.** Travel Insurance We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure that your booking and property are protected. Unforeseen circumstances happen, and you want to be covered just in case.
