This wonderful new studio has its own private bathroom and full kitchen. It is perfectly located right in front of the common grounds just a few blocks away from the heart of downtown, the north end, Agricola street and the hospitals. Can't be better. The space The space has one Queen size bed, a relaxing chair, its own private full kitchen with all the pans and pots that you can need and with a small table that can be made larger. A door away to the walk in closet that leads to the bathroom with a bathtub /shower. The studio has everything you'll need for your stay, short or long. Note there is NO off street parking. Note we don't have a TV Other things to note This is a small studio attached to a house at the back. The house is not accessible. A basement unit is lived by permanent tenant.
