This is my family house, just remodeled, in a safe neighborhood an calmed street. Access to all conveniences (living and dinning room, integral kitchen; bedroom w/ King S bed; big closet; high def smartTV with Wifi; WC, washing machine (for more services, see services) It has brick wall upfront w/ a yard inside w/ a table chairs and grill. 1 room for 2 people, perfect for couples. Only a 3 min walk from the bus stop. The space This is a duplex house. The bottom floor is the one were describing here. They're completely independent so you can have your privacy. The only common area is the entrance were there´s a grill, table and chairs. Guest access We have a trustfull cleaning lady that will go to clean. The only common area is the front house patio were the two entrances are (bottom floor, and upper floor which are completly independent). Other things to note Amaizing place to relax.
