Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath Villa is located in the heart of Casa de Campo and is the closest house in Los Lagos to Minitas Beach as well as the scenic walking path! The Teeth of the Dog/Links golf facility are just a short cart ride up the street! GOLF CART INCLUDED! Our villa boasts pool, jacuzzi, poolside cabana with wet bar, NEW outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, master suite with golf and ocean views, AC in all the bedrooms, WiFi throughout! Maid/Cook & groundskeeper! THE BEST! The space Our Villa is perfect for 5 couples, 4 golfers, or 1- 2 families! Our latest addition is a separate Casita overlooking the pool deck with both indoor and outdoor showers and a wonderful private patio. Our sun soaked pool deck surrounded by palms boasts a newly renovated hot tub which flows into the clear blue water of the renovated pool. For a little shade, a fully loaded cabana flanks the pool and provides additional entertainment space. Take a snooze, read book or enjoy spirits and music at the bar! Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at our outdoor dining area by the cabana. The second level of the house is gorgeous master suite! Full with views of Teeth of the Dog and the ocean. With a fully loaded wet bar, coffee maker and water cooler, you may never leave your room! The master suite includes a full master bathroom, his an hers sinks and couples shower and plenty of closets! Our full time maid and grounds keeper speak Spanish and plenty of English! They are there to assist our guests with any need. Our maid will prepare meals upon request (renter provides groceries), do laundry, make beds and clean the Villa daily. A maid's quarters with private bed and bath is located separate from the Villa. The Villa is completely stocked with everything needed for a perfect vacation. We supply all linens, soaps, kitchen and cleaning supplies, etc... Renters are only responsible for their own food and drinks. The resort contains 4 Pete Dye golf courses (one is private), tennis, shooting facility, world class equestrian center featuring polo, fitness center, spa, marina, great restaurants, and a cultural area in Altos de Chavon. The Marina offers all kinds of boating charters, fishing, sailing, day excursions to offshore islands and great restaurants, shopping and bars. Our house is the closest in Los Lagos to the beach!! Minitas beach is in walking distance (5 min max). There you will find a wide assortment of water sports, a gorgeous sprawling beach, massages, and Le Cirque's Beach Club restaurant. Please tip the groundskeeper at lest $5 a day. If he helps with more, please tip accordingly. If you want multiple meals made for you each day, we will need an extra maid to help with house cleaning at $25 a day. Each meal made other than breakfast is $25 per meal. For example, if you have the cook make lunch and dinner, it is a $50 fee for that day. We provide towels for our pool. The beach has their own towels for your use there.
