Welcome to “K Hill Cottage”, a cozy home away from home. A great place for up to four friends/family to stay while seeing Zions, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon or the Grand Stair Case Escalente Monument. We are a non-smoking, non-vapor and non-pet property as well. We offer 10% for week long stays and 20% for month long stays. K Hill Cottage is a cozy home away from home. This charmer is the perfect place to stay while you are enjoying the beauties of Southern Utah and the many National Parks in this area. Our cottage is a clean (we use commercial disinfectant between quest) non-smoking, non-vapor property, located just three blocks from down town makes it within walking distance of shops and restaurants and other special celebrations like Western Legends, Balloons and Tunes, or the 4th of July Parade held in our friendly little town. This charming cottage sleeps up to 4 adults (and an infant) with one Queen bed in the bedroom and a carpeted loft area for the kids or young at heart adults, where two single floor mattresses are available and crib can be added. You’ll have all the comforts of home with a fully furnished kitchen, sitting area with a 40”smart TV and free high speed WiFi. For the convenience of our guests, the bathroom has a door separating the shower area to allow usage of the bathroom and the shower at the same time, which qualifies for the 1/2 bath. At the end of the day relax on the front porch or have dinner on the back patio and enjoy the view of the red hills or watch the sunset. Don’t be surprised if you are visited by one of our local deer or hear a variety of beautiful bird’s singing and even see a squirrel or two. We have plenty of parking space for larger vehicles, so bring your ATV’s and enjoy the many trails available. We have detailed maps available for many of the trails, with some of the most popular are accessible right from our driveway; just drive your ATV from the cottage to the ATV trails. Our charming cottage was built with you in mind. If you ever need anything, we’ll gladly help solve any problems you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. We are just three blocks from the center of Kanab with many shops, restaurants and attractions with in walking distant. Close to down town yet still very quiet and small town feeling. Plenty of free on site parking for large vehicle and trailers. House rule: This is a non-smoking/non-vapor cottage and surrounding premises/property. Parties are not allowed and Quiet Time is from 10:00pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed as well.
