We would love to share our home with you, located in the beautiful community of riverdale. Close to the river valley, public transit & more! Perfect for long or short term stays. The space Private bedroom and bathroom. Shared spaces include sitting room, formal dinning room, kitchen and laundry. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire main floor of the house. Guests will have their own private room and bathroom. Shared common spaces include a sitting room, dinning room, and kitchen. The hosts' bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement, which guests will not have access to unless to do laundry. During your stay We will be present during your stay but work Monday to Friday 9-5. We love our city and would be more than willing to provide recommendations on things to do and see. There is always something going on in the city and we would be sure to keep you up to date on all of the current events and festivals. Other things to note Own groceries and toiletries such as shampoo are the responsibility of the guest. Please note that our check in time is listed as after 4pm. If you need to check in earlier please contact us if we do not have any guests staying the night before that we need to check out that morning we will try to accommodate. We do have pets on property, a small cat and medium dog. Both are friendly and love meeting new guests. :) Our dog is kennel trained and for our guests comfort, we make sure to have her put away when we step out. Please note if you happen to drive there is limited street parking in front of the house. We would also like guests to be aware that we do have outdoor security cameras on property.
