My house is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, close enough to great restaurants, shops and quick transportation but far enough so you can have a great night sleep in a safe, family friendly environment. With a charming park just in front of the house and my small back garden, my place is great for a convenient stay in the city or for students looking for long term housing to attend any of the universities located nearby. My guests will enjoy a private, newly updated room with single bed, big closet space, work desk and lots of natural light. The room also includes a dedicated bathroom * *Depending on the house occupancy the bathroom could be shared with up to one more guest. Guest access My guests enjoy access to all common areas of the house: kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room and garden. The rent includes a parking space, strong wireless internet access, a weekly cleaning service and a daily light breakfast. During your stay Since I am renting a room out of my home I will be available to help my guests on a daily basis. However, I do my best to respect my guests' space and privacy! I am a very active and social person with many activities throughout the week so we can all have some space to ourselves. Ask me about dining, museum or any other activities recommendations! I enjoy a relaxed and cultured lifestyle—spending time in my garden, visiting museums, and sharing good meals or evenings at the cinema with friends and family. Guests are welcome to join me in these moments, should they wish to experience the city in a more personal and authentic way. I also share my home with Romina, a friendly cat who keeps me companied and may be eager to play with you. I will ensure she doesn't go into your room if that is your preference, but she has free access to the rest of the house.
