The Casita Verde de Boqueron

The Green House for up to 6 people! An emerald in the town of Boquerón, Calle Estación, where the train passed. It is located 5 minutes from the town center (Rest. Cape and the Shamar). Once you arrive and park, you won't have to move the car. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. It will be easy to return in the middle of the night or from the party! NOTE: Long weekends/holidays, minimum stay of 3 nights Friday through Monday, usually! The space The cottage was built in the 70s and we wanted to leave part of its charm, such as the terraces of the apartment and the combination of materials; concrete, wood and its aluminum roof! We have a Tourism ID number to process the 7% Room-Tax. La Casita Verde de Boquerón is large and very comfortable. Here you can rest after a few days at the beach or after visiting El Poblado, Buyé, Joyuda or Guánica. Parking is located in front of the house (2 spaces - the 3rd is for the Studio). There are 5 restaurants in the apasos neighborhood of your door! Tranquilo para resear! Quarter #1-Cama Queen super comfortable , with Serta brand pillows. Room #2 twin bunk beds for 4 people. Minimalist but "Cozy" decor. It has a kitchen and cooking equipment to make your stay a pleasant one! It has a bar for eating. NOTE: If you are looking for a place to party, this property is NOT for you! The "QUIET TIME" i.e. NO unnecessary noise, music, TV or loud conversations is at 10:00 PM. We are strict with this rule. Bedroom #1 super comfortable queen bed, with Serta brand pillows. Room #2 2 bunk beds for 4 people. Minimalist but "Cozy" decor. It has the equipment to make your stay an enjoyable one in a small space! If you are looking for a place to "party" this property is NOT for you! The "QUIET TIME" means NO unnecessary noise, music, TV, or loud conversations are not welcome after 10:00 PM. We are strict with this rule. The Key Box is located on the side of the house by the gas tanks (please DO NOT SMOKE while getting the keys). Neighbors are friendly and always pending of the area!
