A private one bedroom apartment close to Western university, downtown or hospitals, pretty much everything is close by! This is a one bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a house in the middle of London. At the end of the street, you will find a path that's good for jogging, taking a walk or walking your furry friend. In the other direction, you will find Wortley village, which has a grocery, pharmacy, library, coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and the bus. The space The one bedroom apartment is the upper floor of an old house. There is a private bathroom, a cosy living room with sofa bed and of course a nice full kitchen with large stove and fridge to sit and eat a warm dinner. You will find a TV, coffee machine, microwave, and pretty much everything else you need to have a comfortable stay. Also, Its has a nice private balcony for your enjoyment during warm weather and to smoke on if you like. The space is super cozy, most of our guest stay for months! You will have complete privacy in your own space. The Living room sofa turns in to a bed for 1 or 2 people and there is also a chair that converts into a single bed in the living room. We love the area, you will too! Other things to note No bringing any other furniture or moving any furniture around absolutely no Smoking or Vaping No Parties ** This is an animal friendly home. We do charge an extra 85$ per animal per stay. es No Vaping or smoking on the property, No parties. Please do not move any furiture in or out of the unit or move furniture around. Absolutely no sticking or nailing anything to the walls. Put absolutely nothing except toilet paper in the toilet!!! No wet wipes, no tampons, condoms, rags, nothing!!! just the thin paper that says toilet paper!! Absolutely do not pour nothing in the sinks except water and soap!!! Grease will clog the pipes!
