This solar/grid property is a breezy, comfortable & centrally located apartment with a Queen bed, kitchenette (blender, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, cooler, refrigerator, electric ceramic skillet), bathroom, AC & WiFI conjoining Centro La Paz Wellness Center. Access to yoga, Pilates, massage for a fee. Plaza just a 5 minute walk away as well as great eating in the center of town. RINSE SAND OFF BEFORE ENTERING. No animals allowed inside the property due to allergies. The space This comfortable, centrally located and breezy apartment situated in the center of Rincon is walking distance to the plaza, shopping, restaurants, yoga, massage, the beach and most everything. It is fully run on solar power and rain catchment, so please conserve. All doors and windows must be closed while the air conditioner is in use (MUST BE IN THE AUTO SETTING AS TO NOT CONSUMER ALL SOLAR BATTERY POWER). No animals allowed inside the property due to allergies. Modern furniture for a clean and organized design with custom fixtures. You have a kitchenette (blender, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator), a bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. OUTDOOR SHOWER PROVIDED FOR RINSING OFF AFTER BEACH/RIVER ACTIVITY TO KEEP THE STUDIO NICE AND CLEAN. Situated in a residential/commercial district. This is in town and so there is noise from the main road. We provide beach towels, to be returned to the studio after use. Boogie boarding, paddle boarding and snorkeling is our passion. Ours is a vegan/vegetarian space which consists of yoga teachers who own the Wellness Center La Paz and an agronomist who runs Finca Hekiti an agro ecological farm and conservation project in the Las Marias mountains, where we accept teams of individuals interested in organic agriculture, nature, meditation and preservation. Massage is available in house upon request for $80 per hour Private Yoga is available in house for $60 per hour Groceries can be purchased for you prior to arrival for reimbursement. 2 people maximum for comfort. Guest access 10 minute walk to amazing Puerto Rican beaches, food, music and relaxation. Gated Parking at the apartment. The local farmers market is every Sunday from 8-1pm in the Aguada public plaza. We started this jewel of Rincon in 2008 and it is still going strong. Other things to note GPS doesn't work well in pr so use the detailed instructions to the property when your booking has been made, otherwise you will be taken somewhere else. The AC MUST BE IN THE AUTO. Our property is fully run on solar power and water catchment so conserve. In case out grid outage ac must be turned off as night to not consume the full solar battery. Yoga and Massage always available to our guests upon request for additional fee in house at our wellness center La Paz.
