Guest access Guests have access to the subdivision's common areas, which include two parks, a soccer field, and a children's playground. There are also palapas for common use, ideal for quiet gatherings and family reunions, always respecting the rules of the subdivision and the neighbors' peace. The house is located within a private development, which provides greater security and a quiet atmosphere. To access it, you must identify yourself at the entrance, without exception. For your convenience, it is recommended that you have your own vehicle, since there are some internal blocks from the entrance of the residential complex to the house. However, within the subdivision there are share taxis or "mototaxis" during the day. At night there may be fewer "mototaxis." The house is designed for residential use, with shared walls with neighbors; therefore, normal neighborhood noises can be heard, such as sounds of pets during regular hours, although the subdivision is generally quiet. During the winter season, the weather can be very cold.
