The house is designed for residential use, with shared walls with neighbors; therefore, normal neighborhood noises can be heard, such as sounds of pets during regular hours, although the subdivision is generally quiet. During the winter season the weather can be cold. For guests' convenience, two small electric heaters are available during the stay.
