Beachfront Seahaven Villa with Seasonal Infinity Pool (Dec to May) is one of 50 private home sites located in St. John's exclusive, East End community of Privateer Bay. One of the most beautiful places in the world and carefully designed to stay that way. The space Seahaven Villa is our Beachfront home in Paradise. Our offered rental unit is Seahaven’s lower level which is a separate private unit with private separate entrance. We may or may not be in residence during your stay. Our home is designed to withstand 330 MPH winds. Seahaven Villa has the following amenities: Seasonal Infinity Pool (Dec to May) Internet, Smart TV, Books, etc. Gas grill, MW, toaster, blender, beach chairs, Sleeps 4: 2 twins in each room can be converted to one King. Air-Conditioning and Ceiling fans in each bedroom. The rental unit is the lower level of our home with a separate private entrance and dedicated off street parking. We may or may not be in residence during your stay. Guest access Our guests will have full private access to the 2 bedroom lower level unit with living room, full kitchen, dining area, en-suite full bath in each bedroom, private ocean view deck off one bedroom.
