Fraccionamiento with private access to the lake without leaving the residential and FREE OF CHARGE. Private pier boat service, exclusive to the club and other aquatic activities such as squi, doughnut ride, motorbike rentals, kayak rentals (Activities on the lake have AN EXTRA COST, directly with the Club's service providers) The pool is not heated. In hot season the water is usually lukewarm because the weather is very hot, in winter it can be a bit cold. The depth of the pool is from chapoteadero in the lower part to 1.50meters in the deepest part. The use of the jacuzzi requires reservation, Heated Jacuzzi. The boiler is turned on only from Friday to Sunday in low season and in high season it turns on daily. Special discount on long bookings. 10% discount on a total stay of 7 days and up to 40% discount for monthly rent. In long stays does not include a toilet, information is provided for receiving this service. Guest access Guests can make use of all the amenities within the Cluster such as: Children's games located in the garden, Pool, Palapa, Jacuzzi (only with reservation), Sunbeds, House Parking and Visitor Parking, as well as going down to the lake without leaving the subdivision. ALL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Other things to note We have 3 smart TVs where you can watch your favorite series on Netflix, YouTube, etc. You must have your own streaming account.
