The space "Rivah View" is a gem located in rural Lancaster County, Virginia that is situated in the heart of the Northern Neck. The property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have a charming "downtown" area with boutiques, restaurants, local farmers' markets, wineries, museums, antique shops, galleries and a state of the art entertainment complex. We provide a local restaurant guide for our guests in addition to local, seasonal seafood options. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen with a grill area. There is also a fire pit outside along with plenty of outdoor space for children and/or pets. The beautiful sun room offers amazing views of the river. Guests have access to a laptop-friendly work space with reliable wifi. We provide an exceptionally clean living space stocked with all of the basic amenities that you would have at home. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue or photo shoot location, please inquire with hosts during your stay. Guest access Visitors have access to the entire house and grounds including a large, private driveway spacious enough for multiple vehicles or boat. There is an outdoor table with chairs, fire pit, and a large swing set for young guests. The deck on the end of the house is fully furnished.
