Quiet guest suite 10 minutes from Beaver Stadium

Bright guest suite separate from the rest of the house with a private entrance. Space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, small refrigerator and a coffee pot. Living room has a full sized pull out sofa. There is parking available for one car, and the location has easy access to 99. The space The suite has a private entrance with a keypad deadbolt, is completely private and has no shared space. I live upstairs and am available if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note I live upstairs and often leave for work before 7 but can be easily reached if needed.
