Beautiful house with pool located 20 minutes northwest of downtown. In a private community with security, a quiet and very family atmosphere. It has two floors, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a half, a living room with TV, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The space In our two-story house you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds, equipped with air conditioning, a closet, bureaus, a trunk and a desk in the master bedroom. It has a full bathroom on the upper floor and a half bathroom on the ground floor, a living room, a dining room for 4 people and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable experience. In the dining room there is a third air conditioner that cools the open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. In the living room, we have a Smart TV with Disney+ for your entertainment. In front of the house, we have a garage for one car. In the back garden you will have the pool area, with lounge chairs and a barbecue area to have an exceptional afternoon with the family. The house is located in a gated community with a park and playground, near the neighborhood's main park and a short distance from a couple of convenience stores.
