Beautiful property with traditional colonial style

Typical Tasqueña house, ideal for spending the weekend with family or friends and/or vacations. We have a beautiful pool but WITHOUT HEATING, gardens, basic cleaning service included for rooms (kitchen is extra), fully equipped kitchen and we are just 5 minutes from downtown. The house has an INDEPENDENT apartment below the house, where the family that cleans the house and attends to the guests lives. This apartment is connected to the house by an interior staircase where they go up every day to clean. (If you need the staff to access only at a specific time, you must do so upon arrival, otherwise, they are authorized to go up freely) Also, above the house, there is an area WITH A SEPARATE ENTRANCE where the owner of the house sometimes stays, but this DOES NOT AFFECT the activities or privacy of the tourists who stay with us. Other things to note KITCHEN CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN HOUSE CLEANING. THIS SPACE IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED TO ENTER THE HOUSE YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN STAIRS. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT BRINGING A CAR, OR LEAVING IT IN A PARKING LOT AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE VILLAGE. It is a house in the middle of a garden, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to 100% avoid the presence of some (harmless) insects and the entry of dust into the rooms.
