Feel at home in this apartment in a quiet building, located in one of Mexico City's best-connected and safest areas. Enjoy our rooftop garden while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the largest city in Latin America. The space A very well located entire one bedroom apartment with all services including internet, available at great value in a very safe neighborhood. Situated very close to one of the most trendy and vibrant areas of Mexico City (Condesa / Roma/ Polanco) with excellent public transport facilities (metro, metrobus, public bikes service, touribus) available on the doorstep. 10 minutes to Chapultepec park and Polanco heart of business in Mexico City. There is a typical local market, a park with a public library and lots of activities (yoga, music therapy, dancing, etc.) all one block from the flat. There is a supermarket (Soriana) 4 blocks and there are lots of convenience stores around the corner. At night, you can cross the street and you'll be located in trendy Condesa which is famous for parks, art-deco architecture, restaurants, bars and night-life. There is an artisan beer bar/pub a few very close by, a local Cuban restaurant, good tacos places all around, Argentinian restaurant (excellent meat) and loads of "street food" vendors to experiment if you are little adventurous with your Spanish (or pointing!). Mexican street food is invariably cheap and excellent! There is one double bed in the bedroom and 1 additional sofa-bed at the lounge. The bathroom is en-suite so although the apartment could accommodate 3 people, you would obviously need to be a family or friendly! :) Towels and bed clothes for your stay are included. The kitchen is basic but contains all the pans, cutlery, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc., that you would need to be fully self catering if you would like. Some of the touristic attractions that are 30 minutes or less on public transport from the apartment: Historical City Centre (downtown) Typical Mexican Cantinas Museum of Fine Art National Museum of History Chapultepec Park, Zoo and Lake National Museum of Anthropology Chapultepec's Castle Museum of Modern Art Museo de la Bola Monument of Independence Reforma Turibus (open top city tour bus) San Angel and Coyoacan The famous Lucha Libre (Mexican wrestling) ************========NOTE: Currently, I am working with an indigenous community in the Mexican jungle and I need to cycle 30 km to the closest internet point and my phone calls are limited.
