From the house a beautiful landscape of the volcanos Popocatéptl and Iztaccíhuatl can be observed. The place is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacaction, in addition, it is a private neighborhood with surveillnace and security cameras. -Heated pool (32°C/ 89.6°F) , Carbon Monoxide and fire detector, first aid kit, a grill, monthly fumigation, and sanitization before and after the rentist arrives with a certificate that will be sent. Guest access A 2 story spacious house with 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest restroom, a modern equipped kitchen, a living room with tv, a dinning room , an outside terrace with a mosquito-proof entrance to the backyard and the pool that allows to be comfortable without insects being around, in addition to the monthly fumigation. Each window has mosquito net as well. We have a wonderful grill and 2 backyard tables with four seats each and 4 lounge chairs. A 150 Megas Wi-Fi. The pool is heated according to the nights reserved, if the rentist wants to heat the pool until the departure time, the extra cost would be $500 mexican pesos. Other things to note If you enjoy golf, in Lomas de Cocoyoc we have one of the best golf courses in Morelos, in there, the view is amazing due to the magnificent volcanos. The climate is not to hot and no to cold, in other words, is perfect for swimming and doing outdoor activites. Not only that, but the Six Flags Hurricane Harbor acuatic park is just 15 min. away from the neighborhood.
