We are 2 km from the new U.S. Embassy. We try to make this space functional, clean and affordable. It is a small space. We are located at Lago Erne 93 Pensil Norte, 6 blocks from the Río San Joaquín metro station. Our spaces are standalone with bath and kitchenette. All mini. We'll be on the lookout for you. Welcome to Casa Rosada del Pensil Norte. The space It's on the first floor going up a metal staircase. The accommodation is located inside a building. Once inside, you have independent access to your space (with a set of keys). In the building, we have a patio, a terrace, and a communal laundry area. All your space is independent, you don't share it with anyone. Guest access We do not have parking, but you can park on the street. Getting an Uber is easy. You can get there by subway, we are 6 blocks from the Río San Joaquín subway station. From the Tacuba Metro there are minibuses that leave you in front of the house, they say "Mercado de la Argentina". The microbus that goes to Metro Tacuba passes on the corner of the house and a "combi" that goes to Polanco-Antara passes one street away. Upon arrival, we will welcome you (Cris, Kike, or Armando) and give you a set of keys so you can come and go freely. Other things to note In your space you will find basic things like: shampoo, liquid soap for hands and body, toilet paper. Dish soap, fibers, kitchen towels, and cleaning accessories. Hand and body towels. Above all, you'll find that we're available 24 hours a day. If you come with your pet (if it is not terrible) it will also be welcome, we only ask for a fee of 80 pesos for the pet that is paid directly at the accommodation.
