My home is close to Hiking, Biking, Golf, Wine Tasting and Skiing. I am 40 min. from BIG WHITE Ski Resort and 15 min. from the Airport and UBCO. You’ll love my place because of the cozy fireplace, newly renovated kitchen, spacious living area, and comfy beds. My home is perfect for couples, business travellers, and families. Your private suite has a separate entrance, patio with BBQ and green space. The panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, city and Okanagan Lake will not disappoint! The space My suite is cozy, quiet and spacious with an amazing view of Kelowna as well as a panoramic vista from Black Mountain down Okanagan Lake to Peachland. Tastefully decorated with a lovely selection of local artwork, amenities include a large indoor living space with fireplace, and a private outdoor deck that affords a spectacular view of the city. The nighttime view of the valley is breathtaking! The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped with a full fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, and all utensils. A large selection of spices and fresh condiments completes your cooking adventures. The cozy living room offers 2 comfy couches, fireplace, Smart TV, cable, wifi as well as a selection of DVDs, books and games so you can enjoy some downtime between your other activities. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds with sparkling clean linens and an array of pillows to offer a quiet, restful sleep. For longer stays, we now offer LAUNDRY SERVICE: $10/wash $5/dry (or hang your freshly washed items on the rack provided in the suite). All linens and towels provided during your stay are refreshed each week, or as requested by guest. This is a NO SMOKING property. Guest access Guests have access to a private, grassy green space and full sized BBQ on a covered patio complete with patio table and chairs. Lounging chairs with cozy blankets keep you comfy while you enjoy the evening view. Other things to note I am very familiar with our wineries, restaurants and local attractions up and down the Okanagan Valley. I am also an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, cycling, snow shoeing and cross country skiing and have many suggestions for all levels of outdoor experience and abilities.
