Small loft apartment with 1 king size bed, kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, mini-bar and basic cooking utensils (spoons, knives, glasses, cups, etc.), dining room, living room, TV, luggage rack, furniture for hanging and folding clothes, full bathroom and balcony with incredible panoramic view. In addition, the rooftop on the top floor is available to all guests, where you can have a wonderful panoramic view of the city and see the beautiful sunset 🌅 The space It is a 4-story building with a rooftop. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, YOU GO UP BY STAIRS. On the first floor there are several businesses, a wine shop, spa, and furniture store. On the second floor inside the building there is a breakfast and lunch restaurant that is independent and separate from the suites, but as we like to pamper our guests we GIVE ONLY the breakfast service to all guests. On the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors there are 6 suites and 3 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor you will find coffee, water and tea service, available to all guests. On the top floor, going up all the stairs, is the rooftop available ONLY FOR GUESTS. THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING, only on the street. It is a safe place, nothing has ever happened. Guest access You can access the rooftop on the top floor of the building by climbing all the stairs Other things to note Because we like to pamper our guests, we offer free breakfast in the restaurant in the building.
