Rental unit in Anchorage

Cozy downtown apartment with 2 queen beds in separate areas. Full Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bath with shower. There is a washer and dryer available upstairs that is shared with other guests. The apartment is downtown Anchorage, close to 4th Ave. dog sled races, court house and art galleries. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guests have loved this new apartment because it is comfortable and cool with our warm summer. The space I have three other apartments in the same building that you can read reviews on that people have loved. It is near the coastal Trail, the 49th St. brewery and all downtown Restaurants and art stores. Guest access This apartment has a nice grassy front yard with garden and place to sit. The laundry room is easier accessible right up the back stairs. Other things to note This is a basement apartment with shorter than usual ceilings, but people have loved it.
