Only 10 minute walk - and you are in the famous Zona Romantica with its many restaurants, galleries, shops, and active night life. The space This is a unique apartment constructed with an original Palapa roof. The living room has no windows or walls and offers an amazing view out over Zona Romantica and the Banderas Bay. This open concept provides a nice breeze during the warmer months, and during the colder months of December and January, and the rainy season you can roll down a curtain to protect you from the cooler breeze. Plenty of space for 6 people. This is the place to stay, if you want to live in the exclusive part of the old town right above Elizabeth Taylors house.... Other things to note Since the apartment is in the old town, elevators are not common here, so please be aware, that we do have stairs, but if you need any help with getting your luggage up to your Penthouse, please do not hesitate to let us know.
